In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Fremont Tigers (Fremont, NE) basketball squad felled the visiting Lincoln High Links (Lincoln, NE), by a margin of 61-51.

The Tigers (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Burke (Omaha, NE). The Bulldogs go into the A District TBD outing with a 1-6 record. In their last outing, Burke was beaten by Omaha South (Omaha, NE), 70-27, in a non-league outing.

The Links now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Island for a A District TBD battle on Friday, January 7. Lincoln High will battle a Islanders team coming off a 68-59 non-league loss to Lincoln Southwest (Lincoln, NE). The Islanders record now stands at 2-5.
