The Gretna Dragons topped the visiting Fremont Tigers basketball team by a final score of 50-42 in Monday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Dragons face the Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks (Lincoln, NE) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 2. Gretna will attempt to move on its 17-6 season record. The Silver Hawks enter the game with a 16-7 record after their 73-52 non-league win over Omaha South (Omaha, NE).

With the defeat, Fremont moves to 9-15 on the year.
