Nebraska High School Basketball - Millard North thwarts Columbus

The Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) basketball knocked off the visiting Columbus Discoverers (Columbus, NE), 43-27 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Benson (Omaha, NE). The Bunnies go into the A District TBD test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Benson went down by Gretna (Gretna, NE), 47-36, in a non-league test.

The Discoverers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Northeast for a A District TBD test on Friday, December 10. Columbus will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 61-60 non-league win over Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE). The Rockets record now stands at 2-0.
