Nebraska High School Basketball - Lincoln Southwest overwhelms Columbus
February 4, 2022: Lincoln, NE 68512 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks (Lincoln, NE) and the visiting Columbus Discoverers (Columbus, NE), saw Lincoln Southwest's basketball squad wallop Columbus by a count of 58-32.
With the victory, Lincoln Southwest upgrades its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Silver Hawks travel to Millard North (Omaha, NE) to play the Mustangs in a A District TBD challenge on Saturday, February 5. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 14-5. Millard North won 61-21 in their recent league challenge against Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE)
Next up, the Discoverers play the North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Saturday, February 5. Columbus will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Navigators come into the challenge with a 3-13 record after their 48-28 league loss to Lincoln Northeast (Lincoln, NE).
