Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD), 67-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Chopticon upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Braves travel to Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD) to play the Hurricanes in a Southern Maryland bout on Wednesday, December 7. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 0-0.
