Dundy County-Stratton Tigers (Benkelman, NE) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Medicine Valley Raiders (Curtis, NE), 70-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Dundy County-Stratton upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Tigers travel to Arapahoe (Arapahoe, NE) to play the Warriors in a D1 District 11 bout on Friday, December 9. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Arapahoe won 56-49 in their recent league bout against Southwest (Bartley, NE)

Next up, the Raiders play the Southwest Roughriders (Bartley, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Medicine Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Roughriders go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 56-49 league loss to Arapahoe (Arapahoe, NE).
