Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bishop Guilfoyle crushes Bald Eagle Area
December 5, 2023: Wingate, PA 16823 Bishop Guilfoyle Marauders (Altoona, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Bald Eagle Area Bald Eagles (Wingate, PA), 73-36 in a league bout.
With the victory, Bishop Guilfoyle upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Marauders travel to Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA) to play the Red Devils in a Laurel Highlands bout on Friday, December 8. The Red Devils come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Central Cambria won 64-50 in their recent league bout against Bedford (Bedford, PA)
Next up, the Bald Eagles play the Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA) in a Laurel Highlands bout, on Friday, December 8. Bald Eagle Area will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bisons come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 64-50 league loss to Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA).
