The Loyd Star Hornets (Brookhaven, MS) basketball knocked off the visiting Enterprise Yellowjackets (Brookhaven, MS), 69-55 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Hornets (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Amite School Center (Liberty, MS). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.

The Yellowjackets now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Pisgah for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. Enterprise will encounter a Dragons squad coming off a 65-52 non-league loss to Richland (Richland, MS). The Dragons record now stands at 6-6.
