December 5, 2023: Sioux City, IA 51106 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the West Monona Spartans (Onawa, IA) and the host Siouxland Christian Eagles (Sioux City, IA), saw West Monona's basketball squad wallop Siouxland Christian by a count of 61-27.
With the victory, West Monona upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove (Ida Grove, IA) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove lost 63-55 in their recent non-league challenge against East Sac County (Lake View, IA)
Next up, the Eagles play the Tri County Northeast Wolfpack (Emerson, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Siouxland Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 52-44 non-league loss to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NE).
