The Superior Wildcats (Superior, NE) basketball nipped the visiting Fairbury Jeffs (Fairbury, NE), 44-39 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Wilber-Clatonia (Wilber, NE). The Wolverines go into the C2 District 2 test with a 0-2 record.
