The Thayer Central Titans basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Fairbury Jeffs to 31 in the Titans non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Titans now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fillmore Central for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Thayer Central will meet a Panthers team coming off a 41-20 non-league loss to Centura (Cairo, NE). The Panthers record now stands at 0-4.

The Jeffs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Utica, NE). The Broncos enter the C1 District 3 contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Centennial nudged Sandy Creek (Fairfield, NE), 45-19, in a non-league contest.
