Iowa High School Basketball - Colfax-Mingo holds off B-G-M
December 6, 2024: Colfax, IA 50054 In Friday's league contest, the host Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks basketball team scored a close 50-47 triumph over the B-G-M Bears.
The Tigerhawks (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lynnville-Sully (Sully, IA). The Hawks go into the South Iowa Cedar contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Lynnville-Sully nipped East Marshall (Le Grand, IA), 77-67, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bears confront the Cedar Valley Christian Huskies (Cedar Rapids, IA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. B-G-M will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Huskies go into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 59-45 non-league win over Midland (Wyoming, IA).
