Alto Yellowjackets (Alto, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kennard Tigers (Kennard, TX), 91-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Alto upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Zavalla (Zavalla, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-6.

Next up, the Tigers play the Colmesneil Bulldogs (Colmesneil, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Kennard will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 49-26 non-league loss to Chester (Chester, TX).
