Texas High School Basketball - Cushing can't hold off Alto
February 15, 2024: Alto, TX 75925 The Alto Yellowjackets basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Cushing Bearkats to 54 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Thursday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 20-11 record.
The Bearkats (19-14) will now prepare for their contest against Hawkins (Hawkins, TX). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 29-1 record. In their last contest, Hawkins edged Big Sandy (Big Sandy, TX), 73-59, in a league contest.
