Ohio High School Basketball - Sidney trounces Xenia
December 7, 2023: Xenia, OH 45385 The Sidney Yellowjackets (Sidney, OH) basketball crushed the host Xenia Buccaneers (Xenia, OH), 54-24 in Thursday's league test.
The Yellowjackets (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Stebbins (Riverside, OH). The Indians go into the Miami Valley - Valley test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Stebbins walloped Piqua (Piqua, OH), 33-27, in a league test.
The Buccaneers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Coopersville for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Xenia will encounter a Broncos squad coming off a 48-38 non-league win over Holland (Holland, MI). The Broncos record now stands at 3-0.
