Conemaugh Valley Blue Jays (Johnstown, PA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA), 71-36 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Conemaugh Valley advances its record to 2-1 on the year. The Blue Jays travel to Ferndale (Johnstown, PA) to face the Yellow Jackets in a non-league match on Monday, December 9. The Yellow Jackets enter the match with a record of 0-0.

The Vikings now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northern Cambria for a non-league match on Monday, December 9. Blacklick Valley will face a Colts squad coming off a 51-47 league win over Marion Center (Marion Center, PA). The Colts record now stands at 3-0.
