Ohio High School Basketball - Western Reserve knocks off Girard

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Western Reserve Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 51-31 win over the Girard Indians.

The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH). The Bluejays come into the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest with a 4-2 record. In their last contest, Jackson-Milton defeated McKinley (Sebring, OH), 54-15, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Indians battle the McKinley Red Dragons (Niles, OH) in a Northeast Eight contest, on Monday, December 9. Girard will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Red Dragons come into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 69-53 non-league loss to Chaney (Youngstown, OH).
