The South Charlotte Thunder Thunder basketball team (Matthews, NC), was nudged 68-67 in Friday's league battle with the host Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Hawks now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Surry HomeSchool for a North Carolina Home Education - West battle on Tuesday, December 12.
