Kentucky High School Basketball - Graves County nips Marshall County
December 8, 2023: Benton, KY 42025 Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Marshall County Marshals (Benton, KY), 52-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Graves County upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles host Caldwell County (Princeton, KY) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Caldwell County lost 89-51 in their recent non-league bout against Hopkinsville (Hopkinsville, KY)
Next up, the Marshals play the Clarksville Academy Cougars (Clarksville, TN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Marshall County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 6-0 record after their 67-52 league win over Ezell-Harding Christian (Antioch, TN).
