The Oscar Smith Tigers basketball team scored 90 points and restricted the visiting Hickory Hawks to 33 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Great Bridge for a Southeastern contest on Friday, December 15.

The Hawks (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 3-1 record. In their last contest, Norfolk Academy was routed by St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA), 59-37, in a non-league contest.
