New York High School Basketball - Irondequoit knocked off by Webster Schroeder
December 8, 2023: Webster, NY 14580 The Webster Schroeder Warriors basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Irondequoit Eagles to 45 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brighton for a Section 5 Monroe County II contest on Wednesday, December 13. Webster Schroeder will meet a Bruins team coming off a 73-64 non-league loss to Rush-Henrietta (Henrietta, NY). The Bruins record now stands at 1-1.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Spencerport (Spencerport, NY). The Rangers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Spencerport ran past Gates Chili (Rochester, NY), 61-48, in a league contest.
