The Kouts Mustangs & Fillies basketball team (Kouts, IN), was nudged 55-49 in Friday's league battle with the host South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN)

The Satellites now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Judson-San Pierre for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 9. South Central will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 50-45 non-league win over Rochester (Rochester, IN). The Bluejays record now stands at 3-0.

The Mustangs & Fillies (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Marquette Catholic (Michigan City, IN). The Blazers come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Marquette Catholic edged West Central (Francesville, IN), 65-35, in a non-league battle.
