Indiana High School Basketball - South Central nips Washington Township

February 9, 2024: Valparaiso, IN 46383

South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Washington Township Senators (Valparaiso, IN), 56-55 in a league bout.

With the win, South Central upgrades its record to 8-9 on the season. The Satellites travel to Argos (Argos, IN) to confront the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 8-9. Argos won 54-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Clinton Christian (Goshen, IN)

Next up, the Senators confront the Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN) in a Porter County challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Washington Township will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record. The Cherokees come into the challenge with a 15-4 record after their 37-35 league win over Kouts (Kouts, IN).
