North Carolina High School Basketball - Berry trounced by Palisades

The Palisades Pumas routed the visiting Berry Cardinal basketball team by a final score of 48-23 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Pumas face the Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A South Meck game, on Tuesday, December 12. Palisades will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the game with a 6-0 record after their 59-55 non-league win over North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC).

With the defeat, Berry moves to 1-7 on the year. The Cardinal host South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to face the Sabres in a 4A South Meck game on Tuesday, December 12. The Sabres enter the game with a record of 3-3. South Mecklenburg won 56-19 in their recent league game against Olympic (Charlotte, NC)
