The Chico Dragons (Chico, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Valley View Eagles (Valley View, TX), 49-46 in Friday's non-league test.

The Dragons (10-2) will now prepare for their test against S & S Consolidated (Sadler, TX). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, S & S Consolidated was tipped by Red River Christian HomeSchool (Gainesville, TX), 62-19, in a non-league test.
