Muscatine Muskies (Muscatine, IA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Clinton River Kings (Clinton, IA), 68-62 in a league bout.

With the win, Muscatine upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Muskies travel to Iowa City (Iowa City, IA) to play the Little Hawks in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 10. The Little Hawks go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the River Kings play the Camanche Indians (Camanche, IA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 47-35 non-league win over Beckman (Dyersville, IA).
