Fans at Friday's league challenge between the West Central Area Knights (Barrett, MN) and the host Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers (Morris, MN), saw West Central Area's basketball squad hold off Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta by a count of 53-48.

With the victory, West Central Area upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Hillcrest Lutheran Academy (Fergus Falls, MN) to play the Comets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Comets come into the challenge with a record of 2-0.

Next up, the Tigers play the Litchfield Dragons (Litchfield, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
