The Trinity Lutheran Cougars basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Southwestern Spartans to 42 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Washington for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Trinity Lutheran will battle a Senators team coming off a 40-33 league loss to Paoli (Paoli, IN). The Senators record now stands at 1-2.
