North Carolina High School Basketball - Hickory Ridge nips Cox Mill
December 9, 2022: Concord, NC 28027 Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), 52-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hickory Ridge upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Ragin' Bulls host A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC) to play the Wonders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Wonders go into the bout with a record of 3-0. A.L. Brown won 64-34 in their recent non-league bout against North Davidson (Lexington, NC)
Next up, the Chargers play the West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Cox Mill will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 55-37 non-league win over South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC).
