New Mexico High School Basketball - Rio Rancho crushes Santa Fe
December 9, 2023: Santa Fe, NM 87505 Rio Rancho Rams (Rio Rancho, NM) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), 40-14 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rio Rancho upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Rams travel to Centennial (Las Cruces, NM) to clash with the Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 14. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Centennial won 46-23 in their recent non-league bout against Highland (Albuquerque, NM)
Next up, the Demons clash with the Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 14. Santa Fe will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Matadors go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 72-39 non-league win over Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM).
