Florida High School Basketball - Gulf victorious over River Ridge

December 9, 2024: New Port Richey, FL 34652

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Gulf Buccaneers basketball team scored a good 75-65 triumph over the River Ridge Royal Knights.

The Buccaneers (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Land O' Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL). The Gators go into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Land O' Lakes was topped by Carrollwood Day (Tampa, FL), 59-58, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Royal Knights battle the Dunedin Falcons (Dunedin, FL) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 11. River Ridge will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 4-2 record after their 68-64 non-league win over Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate (Tampa, FL).
