December 9, 2024: Stockbridge, GA 30281 The Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA) basketball edged the host Stockbridge Tigers (Stockbridge, GA), 37-33 in Monday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Woodland for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 14. Locust Grove will play a Wolfpack team coming off a 34-31 non-league win over M.L. King (Lithonia, GA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Stockbridge falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Union Grove (McDonough, GA) to play the Wolverines in a bout on Saturday, December 14. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Union Grove lost 57-46 in their recent non-league bout against Kell (Marietta, GA)
