The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Minatare Indians (Minatare, NE) and the host Banner County Wildcats (Harrisburg, NE), observed Minatare's basketball team knock off Banner County by a score of 34-24.

The Indians (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Arthur County (Arthur, NE). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Arthur County prevailed over Cody-Kilgore (Cody, NE), 52-48, in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bayard for a D1 District 12 battle on Friday, December 12. Banner County will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 51-29 league win over Creek Valley (Chappell, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
