Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lowell Red Devils (Lowell, IN), 45-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Chesterton upgrades its record to 16-8 on the season. The Trojans travel to Valparaiso (Valparaiso, IN) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 21-2. Valparaiso won 40-34 in their recent non-league bout against Crown Point (Crown Point, IN)
