Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Cabot Panthers (Cabot, AR), 63-45 in a league bout.

With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 21-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Conway (Conway, AR) to play the Wampus Cats in a 6A Central bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Wampus Cats come into the bout with a record of 10-10. Conway lost 66-50 in their recent league bout against Cabot (Cabot, AR)

Next up, the Panthers play the Bryant Hornets (Bryant, AR) in a 6A Central bout, on Wednesday, February 15. Cabot will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record.
