February 14, 2023: Conway, AR 72034 The Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR) basketball crushed the host Conway Wampus Cats (Conway, AR), 64-40 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tigers (22-5) will now prepare for their test against Little Rock Southwest (Little Rock, AR). The Gryphons go into the Freelance test with a 1-14 record. In their last test, Little Rock Southwest was trounced by Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR), 63-35, in a league outing.
The Wampus Cats now hold a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Jonesboro for a 6A Central outing on Friday, February 17. Conway will clash with a Hurricane squad coming off a 63-35 league win over Little Rock Southwest (Little Rock, AR). The Hurricane record now stands at 24-3.
