February 10, 2023: Chesterfield, VA 23832 The Banner Christian (Chesterfield, VA) basketball felled the visiting Tidewater Academy Warriors (Wakefield, VA), 44-34 in Friday's league test.
The (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Brunswick Academy (Lawrenceville, VA). The Vikings go into the Virginia Colonial test with a 14-4 record. In their last test, Brunswick Academy thwarted Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot (Powhatan, VA), 46-17, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Kenston Forest for a Virginia Colonial test on Tuesday, February 14. Tidewater Academy will encounter a Kavaliers squad coming off a 40-22 league win over Amelia Academy (Amelia Court House, VA). The Kavaliers record now stands at 17-2.
