The Mount Miguel Matadors basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Helix Highlanders to 43 in the Matadors league triumph on Friday.

The Matadors now sport a 22-6 record.

The Highlanders (18-8) will now prepare for their contest against Oceanside (Oceanside, CA). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 18-6 record. In their last contest, Oceanside triumphed over Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA), 77-66, in a league contest.
