Kansas High School Basketball - Northern Valley crushes Triplains/Brewster

Northern Valley Huskies (Almena, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Triplains/Brewster Titans (Brewster, KS), 53-18 in a league bout.

With the win, Northern Valley upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Huskies travel to Cheylin (Bird City, KS) to play the Cougars in a Western Kansas Liberty bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-17.

Next up, the Titans play the Western Plains/Healy (Ransom, KS) in a Western Kansas Liberty bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Triplains/Brewster will attempt to upgrade on its 2-14 season record. The go into the bout with a 3-14 record after their 41-28 non-league loss to Dighton (Dighton, KS).
