Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Scott Skyhawks (Madison, WV) and the host Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV), saw Scott's basketball squad overcome Point Pleasant by a tally of 39-22.

With the victory, Scott improves its record to 7-13 on the campaign. The Skyhawks host Ripley (Ripley, WV) to confront the Vikings in a Freelance challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Ripley won 51-46 in their recent league challenge against Winfield (Winfield, WV)

Next up, the Big Blacks confront the Wahama White Falcons (Mason, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Point Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 6-12 season record. The White Falcons come into the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 91-53 league win over Parkersburg Catholic (Parkersburg, WV).
