New Mexico High School Basketball - Cimarron knocks off Springer
February 11, 2025: Cimarron, NM 87714 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Cimarron Rams (Cimarron, NM) and the visiting Springer Red Devils (Springer, NM), observed Cimarron's basketball team overcome Springer by a margin of 66-47.
The Rams (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM). The Roadrunners come into the A District 5 challenge with a 7-12 record. In their last challenge, New Mexico School for the Deaf dropped by Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 57-43, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Red Devils battle the Roy/Mosquero Blue/Lady Blue (Roy, NM) in a A District 5 challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Springer will attempt to better on its 9-13 season record. The Blue/Lady Blue come into the challenge with a 16-5 record after their 67-53 league win over Wagon Mound (Wagon Mound, NM).
