Minnesota High School Basketball - Zimmerman overwhelms North Branch
February 11, 2025: North Branch, MN 55056 The Zimmerman Thunder basketball team scored 76 points and limited the host North Branch Vikings to 25 in the Thunder non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Thunder now possess a 16-8 record. They play next when they host Chisago Lakes Area for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. Zimmerman will play a Wildcats team coming off a 84-70 non-league loss to Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-18.
With the loss, North Branch falls to 3-18 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Princeton (Princeton, MN) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, February 14. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 11-13. Princeton lost 80-55 in their recent league game against Becker (Becker, MN)
