Georgia High School Basketball - Tiftarea Academy edges Valwood
February 12, 2024: Chula, GA 31733 The Tiftarea Academy Panthers (Chula, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Valwood Valiants (Valdosta, GA), 46-45 in Monday's non-league test.
The Panthers (9-13) will now prepare for their test against Deerfield-Windsor (Albany, GA). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 16-10 record. In their last test, Deerfield-Windsor got by Valwood (Valdosta, GA), 55-52, in a league test.
The Valiants now own a 10-14 record.
