Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Iroquois crushes Northwestern

February 13, 2024: Erie, PA 16511

Iroquois Braves (Erie, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northwestern Wildcats (Albion, PA), 65-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Iroquois upgrades its record to 11-10 on the season. The Braves travel to Girard (Girard, PA) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 19-2. Girard won 83-36 in their recent non-league bout against Seneca (Erie, PA)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Erie First Christian Academy (Erie, PA) in a District 10 Region 3 bout, on Friday, February 16. Northwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-19 season record. The go into the bout with a 4-16 record after their 52-40 league loss to Fairview (Fairview, PA).
