The Thomas Stone Cougars basketball squad (Waldorf, MD), was outscored 63-47 in Friday's league battle with the host North Point Eagles (Waldorf, MD)

With the victory, North Point advances its record to 9-10 on the year. The Eagles host Leonardtown (Leonardtown, MD) to battle the Raiders in a Southern Maryland challenge on Wednesday, February 18. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 10-10. Leonardtown lost 72-32 in their recent league challenge against St. Charles (Waldorf, MD)

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Potomac Wolverines (Oxon Hill, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 16. Thomas Stone will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 13-5 record after their 66-60 league win over Fairmont Heights (Capitol Heights, MD).
