Connecticut High School Basketball - East Catholic nudges Northwest Catholic
February 14, 2024: Manchester, CT 06042 East Catholic Eagles (Manchester, CT) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT), 78-72 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East Catholic upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Eagles host Windsor (Windsor, CT) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 16-3. Windsor won 101-74 in their recent non-league bout against Middletown (Middletown, CT)
Next up, the Lions clash with the Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Northwest Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 14-4 season record. The Blue Dragons go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 101-74 non-league loss to Windsor (Windsor, CT).
