February 14, 2025: Naperville, IL 60563 Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Naperville North Huskies (Naperville, IL), 66-57 in a league match.
With the victory, Waubonsie Valley advances its record to 27-1 on the year. The Warriors host Warren Township (Gurnee, IL) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 19-9. Warren Township won 61-39 in their recent league match against Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL)
The Huskies now own a 17-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Neuqua Valley for a DuPage Valley match on Wednesday, February 19. Naperville North will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 73-65 non-league win over Pecatonica (Pecatonica, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 18-11.
