The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ritchie County Rebels (Ellenboro, WV) and the host South Harrison Hawks (Lost Creek, WV), observed Ritchie County's basketball team edge South Harrison by a margin of 51-44.

The Rebels (11-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Parkersburg Catholic (Parkersburg, WV). The Crusaders come into the non-league challenge with a 5-14 record. In their last challenge, Parkersburg Catholic was tipped by Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV), 58-42, in a non-league challenge.
