The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN) and the host Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN), observed Taylor's basketball team overwhelm Tipton by a score of 76-49.

The Titans (13-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Carroll (Flora, IN). The Cougars come into the Hoosier Heartland challenge with a 8-11 record. In their last challenge, Carroll was routed by Sheridan (Sheridan, IN), 58-57, in a league battle.

The Blue Devils now own a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Hill for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 17. Tipton will meet a Golden Eagles squad coming off a 73-50 league win over Blackford (Hartford City, IN). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 16-1.
