New York High School Basketball - Kingston nudges Monroe-Woodbury
February 15, 2023: Central Valley, NY 10917 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Kingston Tigers (Kingston, NY) basketball squad edged the host Monroe-Woodbury Crusaders (Central Valley, NY), by a margin of 45-38.
The Tigers (12-6) will now prepare for their outing against Warwick (Warwick, NY). The Wildcats go into the non-league outing with a 7-9 record. In their last outing, Warwick held off Valley Central (Montgomery, NY), 55-35, in a non-league outing.
The Crusaders now own a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to Newburgh Free Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, February 17. Monroe-Woodbury will clash with a Goldbacks squad coming off a 66-63 non-league loss to Pine Bush (Pine Bush, NY). The Goldbacks record now stands at 4-5.
